Capital Markets Associate

Our client is seeking a UK-qualified Capital Markets Associate with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its market-leading Capital Markets team in London. The successful candidate will possess: •Proven experience advising on UK equity capital markets transactions •In-depth knowledge of the UK Listing Rules, Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTRs), and UK Market Abuse Regulation (UK MAR) •Hands-on experience dealing with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and London Stock Exchange (LSE) in connection with listings •A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work across jurisdictions and legal systems •Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in capital markets transactions ________________________________________ Role & Responsibilities This is a unique opportunity to join a globally integrated capital markets team, working at the intersection of UK, European, and US securities law, with involvement across both equity and debt markets. The London office is known for its entrepreneurial spirit and sector knowledge, advising businesses across their growth journeys—from seed investment to exit via M&A, IPOs, or other strategic transactions. ________________________________________ Key Requirements We are seeking a UK-qualified Corporate Solicitor (up to 2 years PQE) with demonstrable experience in M&A, venture capital, or growth equity transactions.
