Requirements

You will be a proven technology consulting, digital services or professional services leader with strong regional market leadership experience. Prior professional services firm experience is essential. Pure strategy consulting, SI general management-only or regional sales-only profiles are unlikely to be the right fit. You will bring:
• Full P&L ownership experience, ideally managing a $30M+ services portfolio
• Background in IT consulting, digital services, software engineering, cloud, data or digital transformation
• Experience from a Big 4/5, mid-tier consulting firm or similar professional services business
• Strong P&L forecasting, margin management, account development and business planning capability
• Proven ability to grow complex technology-enabled services revenue across enterprise and mid-market clients
• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to shape senior client conversations and complex pursuits
• Experience personally owning and growing strategic growth accounts
• Ability to enable and govern Account Managers across a broader market portfolio
• Strong senior client relationship-building skills and executive presence
• Experience working across distributed sales, consulting, delivery and industry-aligned teams
• Strong team-building capability, with the ability to develop local leadership and market presence
• Must be based in the Southeast US, with strong preference for Florida; North Carolina or South Carolina may also be considered

Role & Responsibilities

As Vice President, Southeast Market, you will lead growth, performance and client development across the region. Your responsibilities will include:
• Owning end-to-end P&L responsibility for the Southeast / Florida market
• Leading a $40-60M portfolio, including revenue, margin, pipeline, forecasting and delivery performance
• Defining and executing a regional growth strategy across South Florida, Central Florida and the wider Southeast territory
• Building a balanced portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients
• Personally owning and growing 1-2 strategic growth accounts
• Coordinating Account Managers, industry teams, consulting, technology practices and delivery leaders
• Partnering with priority sector teams to identify, shape and scale new opportunities
• Building senior-level client relationships and supporting commercial and delivery escalations
• Leading complex pursuits, including solution strategy, commercial structuring and transition into delivery
• Driving account planning, pipeline reviews, forecasting and performance management
• Strengthening the local leadership bench and selectively hiring to support growth
• Developing the company’s regional presence through clients, partners, universities and industry networks
