Requirements

We are looking for a high-potential Solution Architect / Pre-Sales / Technical BD profile with strong communication skills and the confidence to engage technical stakeholders.
Must-have skills and experience:
• 1–2 years experience in IT / cloud / enterprise technology (or equivalent practical experience)
• Good understanding of cloud computing fundamentals and architectures
• Exposure to AI / LLM products and their enterprise use cases (experience with Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Claude strongly preferred)
• Experience in a client-facing role such as BD, pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solution architecture
• Strong customer communication skills with a practical, hands-on execution mindset
• Comfortable working across time zones with global stakeholders (including HQ R&D / product teams)
• Fluency in English language (with Mandarin Chinese at native / fluent level beneficial)
Desirable:
• Experience supporting POCs, early deployments, and troubleshooting customer environments
• Ability to document requirements and translate them into clear technical inputs for engineering teams
• Mandarin Chinese at native / fluent level (where customer engagement requires it)

Role & Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect (AI/ML), you will work closely with customer technical stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of LLM and cloud offerings.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customer technical teams (e.g. engineering, data, AI teams)
• Understanding customer LLM application scenarios, system architectures, and technical requirements
• Translating customer needs into clear technical requirements and communicating these effectively to HQ R&D and product teams
• Delivering remote and/or on-site technical support for LLM and cloud products
• Supporting solution design, running POCs, and resolving early-stage deployment issues and troubleshooting
