About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading e-learning course creation platform, providing software and content that supports course developers and helps organisations create engaging digital learning experiences.
They are now seeking a Sales Operations Manager to centralise functional leadership across their broader GTM systems. This fully remote role will focus on improving the efficiency, scalability and intelligence of the revenue technology stack, ensuring systems enable effective GTM execution, data visibility and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, this role will own the design, optimisation and governance of Salesforce and related GTM tools. It will also play a key role in reducing duplicative manual processes, increasing automation, introducing AI-enabled functionality and supporting retention and growth-related system priorities.

Requirements

You will be an experienced Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or GTM Systems professional with strong hands-on expertise across Salesforce, sales technology, process design and automation. You will bring:
• 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a related GTM Systems role
• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce and wider GTM tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo or comparable platforms
• Proven experience designing, implementing and scaling automated processes and workflows
• Experience evaluating, recommending and deploying new technology to support revenue teams
• Strong understanding of system integrations, governance and data flow management
• Experience designing and operationalising end-to-end sales processes, including lead management, qualification flows and handoff procedures
• An analytical mindset with the ability to deliver actionable insights through systems, reporting and data visibility
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Growth, Customer Success and IT
• Comfortable working fully remotely and aligned to the required 5:30pm - 2:30am IST working hours

Role & Responsibilities

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will lead the design and optimisation of GTM systems, helping the business improve automation, reporting, process consistency and technology adoption across the revenue organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading the design, optimisation and governance of Salesforce and related GTM tools
• Eliminating manual and duplicative processes by implementing automation and AI-enabled functionality across systems
• Partnering with Sales, Growth, Customer Success and IT to ensure scalable, integrated workflows
• Designing and operationalising end-to-end sales processes, including lead management, qualification flows and handoff procedures
• Establishing governance and best practice for integrations, data flows and cross-system usageEvaluating, recommending and implementing new GTM tools that support revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Improving reporting and data visibility within the flow of work, enabling faster and more informed decision-making
• Supporting retention and growth-related system initiatives across the wider GTM organisation
• Providing additional leadership bandwidth to unify system ownership and scale GTM execution
