Requirements
You will be an experienced, customer-facing DevOps engineer with a strong background in CI/CD, cloud platforms, Linux, and technical delivery.
You should ideally come from DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, or broader Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) solutions businesses, with experience of supporting technologies that enable and improve the software development process.
We are particularly interested in individuals with a stable career history and proven success within relevant solution-led environments.
You will ideally bring:
• 7+ years’ experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or a related engineering role
• Experience gained within a DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, or SDLC solutions provider, rather than an internal-only engineering environment
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools and technologies such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, artifact repositories, and build systems
• Hands-on experience building software delivery pipelines across multiple ecosystems, including Java, Node.js, and Python
• A solid understanding of infrastructure and operations, including compute, networking, storage, and security
• Experience with configuration management and deployment tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and Kubernetes
• Strong hands-on experience in Linux environments
• Experience working with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Previous customer-facing experience, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting both on-premise and cloud-based environments
• Exposure to software architecture and system design would be advantageous
• A strong learning mindset and genuine interest in open-source technologies

Role & Responsibilities
As a Professional Services DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with enterprise customers to design, build, and optimise CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms, helping them modernise software delivery and adopt best practice across their engineering environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Partnering with enterprise customers to design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms
• Building and optimising pipelines using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
• Working closely with customer development and DevOps teams to support successful adoption of solutions
• Designing and implementing build and release pipelines across multiple technology ecosystems
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams
• Delivering technical workshops, enablement sessions, and customer training
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout their DevOps transformation journey
• Providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help shape future product direction
• Staying current with emerging trends and technologies across DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native ecosystems
• Building strong, credible relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams alike
