This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Global Logistics Specialist to join the Supply Chain Operations team and manage the end-to-end movement of wine and spirits products across a global supply chain.

Requirements
You will be a detail-focused logistics professional with experience in supply chain, warehouse management, international shipping and inventory processes. This will have been within wine, spirits, drinks, FMCG or another regulated product environment. You will bring:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics and warehouse management
• Experience with international logistics processes and ocean shipping
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management and shipment coordination
• Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, 3PL partners, warehouses and distribution teams
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, and WMS software
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage documentation, deadlines and shipment issues in a fast-moving environment
• An interest in improving logistics, warehouse and supply chain processes
• A proactive, self-starting approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas

Role & Responsibilities
As Global Logistics Specialist, you will coordinate the movement of raw materials and finished wine and spirits products across international supply chain operations, ensuring shipments are managed efficiently, accurately and in line with relevant compliance requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating the global movement of wine and spirits raw materials and finished products
• Scheduling and tracking inbound shipments from wineries, distilleries, suppliers and importers
• Arranging outbound deliveries to distributors, retailers and key accounts
• Working closely with carriers, freight forwarders and 3PL partners
• Monitoring shipment progress, transport performance, delivery timelines and service levels
• Resolving transportation delays, damaged goods issues and other logistics challenges
• Ensuring compliance with relevant federal, state and local alcohol regulations, including TTB and state alcohol control board requirements where applicable
• Preparing and maintaining shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices and import/export paperwork
• Coordinating excise tax documentation and compliance records where required
• Maintaining accurate records for audits, reporting and regulatory purposes
• Collaborating with warehouse teams to support receiving, storage and order fulfilment
• Ensuring correct handling of temperature-sensitive and fragile products
• Reconciling shipping documentation with inventory systems
• Travelling to production facilities, suppliers and operational sites as required
• Supporting continuous improvement across logistics, warehouse and supply chain operations
• Undertaking regular office and systems-based work, including computer use, document review, communication and data entry
